Akhil has over 4 years of software development experience. He is a passionate developer, regular blogger, rails core contributor and a hacker by nature. He has written various bash and ruby utility scripts. He is the author of the Ruby On Rails plugin “State Select” and contributed to many other plugins including tinyMCE, sexy flash etc... He is also the deployment master, javascript ninja and DOM guru at Vinsol.

Hemant is also a microsoft convert to Open source, started with php hacking on wordpress and drupal, and is now enjoying Rails. He also coordinates the entire training process for Vinsol.

Gaurav the youngest member of our team, has written a complete IDE for java development as his college project. He is now enjoying Ruby and Rails too. He is also interested in Flex.

I have completed my B.Tech from YMCA Institute of Engineering in Electronics Engineering. Currently, I am working as a Software Engineer. I have more than two years of experience in web development including ruby.www.costumestudio.com,www.bunkbeds.net and www.jesusbranded.com are some of my projects which I have done in Vinsol.

Currrently working as a Rails Developer for last one year. I am enjoying this open source technology working in an agile development environment. It is fun to work with Ruby. I like reading blogs and listening to music. www.costumestudio.com and www.jesusbranded.com are few Vinsol projects I had worked on.

Jitendra has been working in ruby on rails for last 2 years. He loves sports. Currently, he is handling a major ruby on rails project for vinsol.

Anurag has been working with Vinsol for over an year now. He heads the  iPhone application development team. Some of his approved/available iphone apps on sale at the Apple's appStore are GKQuiz, LoveBirds and Slots&Archer.

He has also worked on ruby on rails in past. Some of his rails projects include www.ofri.ch and www.carmandi.ca.

Kapil is responsible for Vinsol's marketing and sales activities. He has a post graduate masters in software engineering. His interests are consulting, social media, elearning and open source.
