- Problem Solving Skills
- Passion for developing web or mobile applications
- Motivation to be on top of your area of expertise (read blogs, mailing lists)
- Love for Open Source technologies and always be ready to do something for the community
- Ruby/Rails (optional)
- Version Control/ Git (optional)
- Plan, write, estimate, task and execute User Stories within Iterations
- Clearly communicate problems, solutions and ideas to Project Managers
- Proficient in any sql database
- Good design sense, you will not be designing user interface, but you should be able to tell good design from bad
- Proficient in CSS, DHTML, Javascript (if you are applying for UI designer)
- Good knowledge of web standards
- Must be proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. (for UI designer)
- Flash skills not mandatory, but good to have(again for web designer)
