We are ideally looking for someone with more than 4 years of experience who can

What you should bring to the table

• Translate business requirements into developed User Stories and functional requirements.
• Work with the engineering team directly to resolve project issues and roadblocks.
• Manage multiple small/interdependent projects plans at once.
• Function as Agile Product Owner including management of the Product Backlog.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Constantly interact with clients through meetings, and feedback sessions, etc.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal development processes along with possible solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication flow as relates to production and the internal project team

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of development process and methodology experience required. Agile experience a STRONG PLUS.
• Experience  of managing complex consumer facing/B2B web-based software development required.
• Experience in an interactive agency or consulting firm for clients based in US/Europe will be cool.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability are a MUST HAVE! Must be comfortable communicating with and taking input from a variety of people.
• Intuitive understanding of the web and web technologies, ability to assess and own problems in a complex systems.
• Constantly interact with clients through meetings, and feedback sessions, etc.
• Basic understanding of Internet technologies, especially open source development. Ruby on Rails is BONUS.
• Positive attitude, team oriented, sense of humour and desire to learn is a must.
