What you should bring to the table

• Experience   - Demonstrable experience of atleast one year developing & deploying Ruby on Rails web sites in the real world
• Proficient in Javascript, AJAX, and Javascript frameworks (MooTools, jQuery, Prototype)
• Version Control - Experience with distributed version control systems (Git, Mercurial)
• Plan, write, estimate, task and execute User Stories within Iterations (awareness of agile methodologies is a big plus)
• Proficient in any sql database and RDBMS concepts
• Test driven development
• Willing to relocate to New Delhi, India
