Working with Vinsol has been one of the most rewarding and productive collaborations I've ever had in the technology industry. Manik is an intelligent and honest engineer with a great faculty for open and clear communication, and his team include some of the swiftest and keenest developers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Unsure what to do, a friend suggested that I should look at Ruby on Rails as a fast and cost effective means to get my web idea built. I then starting looking through loads of freelance programmer sites for somebody suitable to help, but nobody stood out. I then struck gold (albeit I did not realize it at the time) and I found Vinsol in Delhi. What attracted me to them was that they were a team of 10 Ruby on Rails programmers (by the time you read this they will no doubt be larger) and having worked with programmers before I knew the importance of people working as a team and being able to bounce ideas off one another. As soon as I decided on Vinsol, I quickly put a detailed specification together (that part is very important) of exactly what I wanted and in a matter of days I received a very detailed and attractive quotation. Soon after I gave them the go ahead and then 10-weeks later my site was finished and live. In fact delivery would have been much quicker had it not been for me coming up with new ideas along the way. But I was not alone with this since the guys on my project also came up with some brilliant ideas of their own, which along with the rest of my site I was absolutely delighted with. In summary, I will be most definitely going back to Vinsol when my next web idea comes along.
