- Manik has over 10 years of software development experience. He leads our technical team. He has worked on Java servlets, Corba, J2EE, perl, php and Ruby on Rails. He has experience with mySQL, postgres and oracle databases. He has a lot of experience working on Solaris and Linux. He is a japan-o-phile and has cleared JLPT level 2.

- Akhil has more than 3 years of software development experience, mainly on ruby on rails and php. He is also the javascript, CSS and DOM guru at Vinsol. He is very good at module development for drupal and wordpress too. Apart from client projects he is working on his secret project, also he has released state_select Rails plugin.

- Ritu is our lead Ruby on Rails programmer, with very good object oriented concepts. She has written the Vpaypal Ruby library available at RubyForge. She is also known as the Drupal wizard at VinSol.

- Sur is our company’s live wire, professionaly trained in dot net but has been working on Rails ever since we discovered rails (and him). Sur has released a plugin called “simple captcha“. And he is working hard to release an ajax tree plugin too.

- Hemant is also a microsoft convert to Open source, started with php hacking on wordpress and drupal, and is now enjoying Rails.
- Gaurav the youngest member of our team, has written a complete IDE for java development as his college project. He is now enjoying Ruby and Rails too. He is also interested in Flex.
